eCommerce Solution required for Simple & Clean website design

Hi Everyone!

I have built many websites using CMSMS but currently I dont have time and enough knowledge to deal with Shopping Carts. Hence, I am looking for someone to help me complete a small & simple project for an online shopping cart solution. Below is a Project breif to help you understand what are the requirements.

Job Description:
Sentimenz.co.nz requires an ecommerce solution.

Current Status:
The front end design has been done and now client wants it to be powered with a ecommerce solution.

Options:
Use of opensource ecommerce packages like - CMSMS / Cart Made simple, Zencart, osCommerce, etc; rather than custom written code.
The Key is use the graphics (header & footer) and colour scheme of sentimenz.co.nz

Additional Details:
There are not too many products at the moment, you can have a look at them on site, but it will grow, as at the moment there is not too much budget involved in this.
For payment we need pay pal, and credit card options.
We need to incorporate the shopping cart within this design, no external templates.
Client should be able to manage products, prices etc
Client has already got the merchant id.
The front end creative company supplies all images, html files and flash files. There is no css style sheet
Needs to handle New Zealand $s and GST (NZ tax rate 12.5%)

This is an urgent project. So, please get back to me with your estimate. Its a Simple n Clean website which needs to be powered by an eCommerece solution.
