Can'r remove a page

I created a test page today while testing some "stuff" out and am not able to remove it; the "ACTIVE" and "DEFAULT" flag are showing ENABLED, the selection check-box and the "trash" icons are not visible thus I can't remove it.

I believe it is probably because it is marked DEFAULT and ACTIVE, I can't make it INACTIVE nor non-DEFAULT.

First, try making another page the default. Then check the box on the right and use the 'With Selected: Delete' option at the bottom.

if Z's suggestion doesn't work for you, provide your System Info from the admin.
