Logo1.gif in header will not display.

Logo1.gif in header will not display.

I am using 1.4.1 and when I tried to modify the stylesheet, the logo (images/css/logo1.gif) will not display in the header.  I would appreciate any help that I can get.  I am new with cms.

Try images/cms/logo1.gif or uploads/images/logo1.gif
