Install problem

Hi

I have a problem with instalation.
After uploading files and changing permissions I dont have starting panel but a page with:

I don't know what's going on.
Do you know how to repair it?

Upload your files again, espeically those in lib/log4php.  It sounds like they all didn't make it to the server.

whats going on.. i've the same problem...

uploading again does nothing:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/raid/domains/de/f/flashlinks/htdocs/fatma/lib/log4php/LoggerManager.php' (include_path='.:') in /raid/domains/de/f/flashlinks/htdocs/fatma/fileloc.php on line 7
