Hello all.
So as "News" is part of the original install of CMSMS 1.4.1 I suppose I have to come to this board.

Its my first time with the News module and I can not figure out how to do this, the online doc is not clear enough for me:

- I put some News articles in "content > News"
- I have a Template "X" in "Layout >Templates" which contains {content} and also {news summarytemplate='mehr-news'} (for in a box)
- I have a summary template which contains only {$entry->titlelink}
- I have a page in "Content > Pages" containing {news}         

Now when I go to index.php?page=news there comes Template "X" with a complete list of all news articles (each with all the content there is) and one seperate article titleas a link in the box.

But what I want is only the title and content of one (the most actual) news article, and on its side the box with a list of linktitles from the last 10 news articles (click on that link should bring up the same layout with box but with the one refered full article).

How can I do that, has someone an idea?

I'm not sure I have understood. Have you read the {news ...} tag help ? Have you put some parameters like number and detailpage ?
