Problem after installation!!!

I installed cms but cant open admin page.

Can you please tell me what is wrong with it?

I added database in cpanel and use internet explorer.

It doesn't sound like it installed completely to me.  Please try installing it again.  After the install is complete you should be taken to the front page of the default site.  If you don't see that, then the install didn't complete correctly.
