Help with first install

Sorry, but I cannot setup and install cmsmadesimple-1.4.1 on my test server.
I have no Problems to install other cms software, but here in the first install step come this error:

ok- I´m not a coder, I only want to setup this fine piece of software and want a little glue how to install it.

A Mysql Database is setup, CHMOD is set to 777

so what can I do?

Because you have not possibility of get remote file
I think that it'is recommended and not required setting, than you can continue with install but you have problem of ModuleManager, upgrade info, ....
