Hacked Db

Hi a couple of days ago one of my customers web site has been hacked.

We backup database for a clean setup we did the setup, imported the db and see what you see in the address above, if you click "view source" in different times, you will see different partial codes not completed and this goes forever.

when i go into admin , i see some standard content made by cmsmadesimple but not user content, but when i check db i can see the user made menu structure and so on...

I have 2 questions:

1- Is there a way of cleaning up that malicious code ? (the sql file is 7.7 MB if anyone want to have a look at it i can send it via e-mail)

2- if we understood we cannot cleanup the code after i make a clean setup with sample content, which tables should i synchronize to save the menu structure and content.
