Is it possible to add smarty code to a user defined tag?

Talk about writing modules and plugins for CMS Made Simple, or about specific core functionality. This board is for PHP programmers that are contributing to CMSMS not for site developers

what exactly you want to do?
in UDT you can call Smarty parser in different ways, depends what you need.
