I am looking for template for following menu type (shown in link): http://www.ut.ee/aveng
But also, i'd like to but them in two columns (it has only one column).. http://www.neti.ee would be even better example.

Hi,
for the first one you already have a template in default instalation of cmsms (Top simple navigation + left subnavigation + 1 column). Just copy the code {*start navigation}.....{end navigation) and put it where you want to have top menu. Then copy {start subnavigation}....{end subnavigation} where you want to have subnavigation.
Don't forget to attach css for menu.
