Word and Excel files after downloading unreadable

Hello all,

I use version 1.4.1
When I download a file. Doc or xls files or via Filemanager, it is unreadable when I want to open on the site after have made the link.
What is surprising is that this is not a problem with the files Txt or. Pdf!
In addition to another site while working.

I really do not see what happens.
