Editing cssmenu.tpl(SOLVED)

Is there any way I can see inside the cssmenu.tpl or any other .tpl file so I can see what they look like and edit them if I need to?

Press the import link on the right, and then it will become a DB-template on the first tab, making it viewable/modifiable there....

Does having the template running in the DB have any effect on performance and/or advantages/disadvantages?

One advantage is that it isnt overwritten, while upgrading, as the DB-content isnt touched...
