After months of work, I finally get a presentable website, even if it's not completly finish (especially english translation).
It's done with CMSMS 1.4.1-MLE + extra module glossary 0.6.3.
Problems:
So many but mainly RSS, validation errors caused by glossary module, width of google map, multi-langage management of glossary, banner and screen resolution...
Future
Except fixing issues, I want to add an intranet to web site that will be linked to a 3rd party team calendar and also using RSS reader, and bookmarks modules.
If you want to comment, you're welcome. I'm open to any ideas/tricks to ameliorate!
Also, I want to thanks everyone who help me in last months. As you can see in my website, designing web site is really not my first job... But I learn so many new words (server logs, cron, sitemap, etc, etc...) , concepts and skills!
