Additional Editors Restrict to Hierarchy

Ok heres the deal, I have the addtional editors working fine on all pages. I have certain pages editable only by admin group and other editable by editor group, thats fine,

One thing I have a problem with is when the editor creates a new page they get the option to set the parent ot any of the pages which isnt what I want, They should only be able to set it to the pages they have permission on.

This is not the case for some reason. And just to clarify in the eprmissions list for Editors I have the following on an doff:

Modify any page - off
Add Pages - on
Modify Page Structure - off
Remove Pages - on

I don't see any others that relate to the hierarchy and limiting the editor group to a certain page and its subpages.
