[solved]Album thumbnail layout issues

Post by Tracy »

I have been working on editing the album css to make my thumbnails / page the way I want to lay them out.

If you look at my link you will see that I have a row of thumbs that has a combination of portrait and landscape thumbs. This landscape thumb is throwing off the centered layout look. I only want 3 thumbs across but I can only specify this if I use the tables template so I have managed this by using the padding and the left/right margin. I would like each row to be centered atop of each other regardless if that row has a landscape image in it or not.
This is my site link;   http://www.greggordonphotography.com/in ... ortraits-2
This is a link to another site for an example http://www.betterphoto.com/gallery/gall ... ?mem=10203

thankyou for your help

In the second link, how did you split up the album into 10 pages?  I also have an album of 300 images I would like to display with 30 thumbnails per page.  I figured it would be in the options to 'display $x-amount thumbnails per page' but I don't have anything like that.

I'm sorry I didn't reply to these, I didn't look at the thread again. I ended up building 2 separate templates so the photographer could choose and only use portrait or only use landscape.

As for the number in each, he just adds as many as he wants and when he thinks its enough he adds a new gallery
