Need programmer to add module to existing CMS Made Simple site

Hi There,

I had a programmer, whose since gone awol, build a site and CMS with cms made simple and I need to tack on another component, is this something you can help me with?

The site is very basic (sunsetlighting.net) and now the client would like to add on a section of the site where their client could login to their account and check the status of their projects. It would be a button added to the existing site to login » a login page or menu » a greeting page that lists the different projects » then the individual project page that lists the details of the project. On the CMS side, Sunset Lighting would be able to create accounts, assign usernames and passwords manually, create projects and add content to these projects through a form. Since they don't have any html experience, they'd have to do it through a WISIWYG solution like the one they have.

Need a quote first, so when replying, if possible, please provide an estimate.
