I searched to no avail: New Install & error msg. but can't find the solution??

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

If this is a successful install (without red icon?), check your permission on plugins folder
