Using the admin template on my live site

Hi,

I would like to set my live site to use the black mac os looking admin template. I've tried reading the instructions but it doesn't really make any sense.

Could anybody tell me how to go about this? I've looked in the themes and templates section but cant find any css or other files that would be related to the admin template.

If this is not possible then the template I would really love to have is the YAML implementation but I am not a developer so wouldn't know where to start. I did try uploading it and adding all the .css files but i couldn't get the menu or the images to work.
