The version of your CMSMS installation you can find in the root folder of CMSMS installation in the file called "version.php"

If you were hacked, then you probably used lower than 1.3
Basic rule in this situation - delete all your old CMSMS files and do fresh install and point this install to your old database.
and do Version Upgrade /install/upgrade.php

If you do not see your database - contact your web hosting service provider for recovering a few days old backup.
