easy way to do newsletter signup?

easy way to do newsletter signup?

I just want to made a simple "email collector" so visitors can sign up for a newsletter. i don't need it to actually tie into newsletter scripts or anything...just send me an email with the address of those who signed up. is there a module for this? what's the simplest way to do it?
