i need an ftp site inorder to download CMSMS

Hi all ,

I apologise if this is a daft question but do i need an ftp site inorder to download CMSMS?

I'm running on windows so do not have ssh, and sadly do not have(or access) to an FTP site  . Is there another way
to install this fantastic package?

just go to download menu on top and download the tar.gz file you need... 7ZIP or WINZIP can unpack the package...

Are you asking about downloading or installing?

To download, just follow Ronny's instructions.

To install, you will need some way to get the unzipped CMSMS files/directories onto your webserver.  If you don't have SSH access or FTP access, you need to get it, or find someone who has it.  Getting it yourself would be best, because you'll need it again beyond the installation.

some hosts have file managers, but its nothing like ftp and ssh
