CMSMS admin errors on a windows server

Hi...

Yes I know it best to have this installed on a Linux server!!!

The problem... I have the latest verison 1.4.1 installed on a Windows server with IIS. All appears to work fine accept when accessing the admin page via IE (all other browsers appear fine). I get an error - see below. A bit of investigation it appears that the http / PHP headers return blank. Not sure what this means.

Is there a fix for this? (apart from not using IE!)

FastCGI has always many problem.
Look your server logs and try to add more php memory in config.php
