Chage where the URL points to????

Hi i set up a cms made simple under a temporary url and now i want to switch the whole thing so it goes to a different url.  Is there a file I can change so i dont have to do the entire site over?  Please help!!!

You should edit "config.php" file in the root folder of your CMSMS installation.
