Unable to download Topic is solved

I clicked on the link for File Releases.  The page tries to load and eventually I get the following error message in firefox:

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

In Internet Explorer I just get an error that it's unable to connect to the website.  The URL it has for the download page is http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/frs/?group_id=6.

Sad day, I'm having the same issue so its not an isolated case. It worked earlier today...
