Multi stage forms

I am building a complex form (or perhaps set of forms) and wanted to know people think I should begin.
The form is in 6 stages, questions at each stage dictate what the next stage is:

Example:
Question1)
Do you live in 1) a house, 2) an apartment

Question 2)
If answered 1 -> Question about garden
If answered 2 -> Question about potted plants

Question 3)
Dependent upon questions 1 and 2 and so on.

I am new to CMSMS so not sure really where to start with this one – any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
