Are modules up to date with CMS v1.4?

Post by npd1164 »

Front End Users was added to a new base install of CMS v1.4  - a test user can log in and out with no issues. However, clicking on "Change my Settings" in the Login welcome screen for a user results in:
Warning: Unexpected character in input: '\' (ASCII=92) state=1 in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\PJSShack-cms\tmp\templates_c\FrontEndUsers^%%76^768^76849A2F%%module_db_tpl%3AFrontEndUsers%3Bfeusers_changesettingsform.php on line 6

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\PJSShack-cms\tmp\templates_c\FrontEndUsers^%%76^768^76849A2F%%module_db_tpl%3AFrontEndUsers%3Bfeusers_changesettingsform.php on line 7
Am wondering if the module is compatible with the new version CMS 1.4?
If so, any ideas as to what to about the errors received?

Yes, FEU is compatible up to 1.4.1

Make sure you have configured all the FEU preferences.  These can prevent Change Settings from working correctly.

I get this same problem as well. Users logging in and out works fine, but the Change my Settings option results in the same error.

I've left the preferences at default, so that might be it. However, when I looked over them, nothing appeared to be wrong or missing from the preferences for FEU.

I am getting the same error message also...

CMS Version - 1.4.1
FrontEndUsers - 1.5.2

Reset preferences to default and still same error message.

Cheers
