Form Builder stopped sending emails

I have made a simple modification to a perfectly working form (added a field), but suddenly form builder has stopped in sending emails! I have checked CMSMailer test, and it is working. I can't figure out where to look for errors (in the server log there are no errors on mail).

So, I have removed the previously added field, but my form is still blocked. When I click on submit it shows the correct message to the user (mail sent), but the mail is not sent!

I am stuck.

No further news on this... I am wondering where to look for an error log file...

I have had the same problem.

The fields get a number something like {$fld_22} etc.

When you put in a field the numbers can change. When this happens the send template you are using is not correct anymore.
Make a new send template and it wil work again.

Mayby an update to Formbuilder 0.5.4 solves the problem.
