Frontend Users export to csv not functioning properly

As mentioned in other posts: When exporting, all users are listed under all groups. In the user tab with as filter a group everything seems fine, but the export exports all users under every group.

How can we solve this?

I think that filter concern display only.
From csv I think that you can order by (and select) group

The CSV contains all users x times (where x is the number of different groups)...

Moreover, it even shows users in groups even when they are not a member of the group...
