Installing the latest version? How?

Installing the latest version? How?

hi
I have 10.4 installed on my site, and want to install the .11 beta.
How do i go about this, if i install the .11beta version will the upgrade just happen?
Or do I have to delete 10.4 and start again, loading .11beta and adding site?
