[solved] Album image overlap and aren't thumbnails at bottom

Post by Bonewalker »

Can anyone explain why this is happening or how to fix it?

Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see what I mean. This album has 35 photos. Another album on the site has 34 and doesn't do this.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Most times it's because the image is so bid it can't make a thumb of it but the large image isn't that big, when you made it did you wait for all the little thumbs to show before adding them, it will look funny first time you add images as it will go thru and make the thumbs and you see the images filling up, try and go back and choose to replace the thumbs, iirc it's the little thing under the image that is a link to change it...

That was it. Thanks!

I uploaded the photos via ftp, so I wonder if that had something to do with how the thumbs were created.

The thumbs are only created when viewed by a module, as in Album for the first time or image manager or file manager, if they aren't viewed this way they never get made...

Since you were using Album my only thought would be that you didn't wait till it was done making them before you chose them all...
