database setup

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

database setup

Post by sumpson »

Hello,

I have a client which has a server and would like me to run his website on there. but i'm not able to setup a database on this server. Is it possible to setup a database on a different server and use this for his website?

Hope someone can help me.

Yes you just have to give it the address, point it to it, this is how 1and1 do it...
