when I change something at let's say Home page & click on Apply & Submit, instea

Hello,

When I change something at let's say Home page & click on Apply & Submit, instead of saving it, it goes to the home page directly without saving it. So, I end up going to Home Page without any saving.

What can I do to be able to sort out this problem?

I appreciate any suggestion.
