[Solved] Left simple navigation + 1 column - Colors

All,

I like to modify "Left simple navigation + 1 column" left sidebar colors but unable to accomplish it .
I am very new with CMS and everything seems to be working great!

I modified "Stylesheets" under layout but, this is only allows me to change the background color...etc. 
What controls menu color?  Currently set to, blue and light blue.

Check the stylesheet, starting with "Navigation..." which is also attached to the template..

When you click the CSS-button on the right of the template used, under Layout->Templates, it shows you all attached stylesheets to the given template.
