I need some help with code that is appearing on my source index file when I click View-->Source in IE but when I go into admin template that code is not appearing because I want to remove it. My site was hacked but I deleted everything off the server including the database then I re-created everything. Now I have google analytics code but it seems to be displaying:

after I search for my site on on google map using "boxforminc" and then clicking "more info" When I view the source code through IE there is a line of code:
which appears on source code but does not appear in my template code. Is this line of code causing that weird description to come up on google maps. I am just trying to understand where this weird code is coming from.
How long does it take for google to clear its cache and recognize the new files?
