[solved] IP address defaults to 'localhost'

Greetings all... Newbie alert... 

I have just installed CMS Made Simple v1.3.1 on XAMPP for Windows 1.6.7 on WinXP Home. I use Firefox 3 and IE 7 depending on my mood. Everything works perfectly on this PC.

When I try to access from another networked PC, using the IP address, I can get into XAMPP and PHPMyAdmin but when I put my details into here: http://myipaddress/cmsmadesimple/admin/login.php, the IP address reverts to 'localhost', like this: http://localhost/cmsmadesimple/admin/login.php and I get a 'Failed to connect' error.

I hope that's enough info to go on. Can someone please offer down to me the simple fix?

Open your config.php and make sure that the $config['root_url'] reflects the outside ip-address.....
