CMSMS on czech freehost

Hi,
I just tried to install CMSMS 0.13 on czech freehost www.webzdarma.cz, because many czech users are using this one. I want to try it because I can help them better, if they need.
But I wasn't even able to try. I uploaded all files with Filezilla on the server and get this:

I haven't seen it before. If you need phpinfo, here it is.

Problem in this webhosting is with comercials. You can solve this problem, when you add this tag at the end of file index.php
