SQL is printed out in CMSMS Forge

Hello,

I've just written a question in a forum of CMSMS Forge http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/forum/foru ... um_id=1599. After saving the question the insert SQL is printed out at the very top of the page

Just wanted to file this bug, but don't know where to do it. Still experiencing the exact same problem as the previous poster.
