cant login

Hi,

Just installed the latest version on  a Windows box running Apache 2.0.55, PHP 5.0.5 and MySql 5.0.15.

Everything went smooth as silk.... database creation was perfect, everything seemed fine.  Then, I went to the admin page and tried to login.  I type the correct password and username in the appropriate boxes, hit the button - and it thinks for a minute and then reloads to the admin login page with 2 blank boxes.  I have cookies enabled and have tried this on both IE and SeaMonkey (mozilla suite) using two different computers on my lan. 

Any ideas as to what this might be would be very appreciated.

I had the same problem on a locale installation.
The problem was comming from the firewall, just disable it or change the confiig
