Quizzard - more fields in user registration

Hi everybody

How can I add more mandatory fields in the registration for the quiz taker?

I need mandatory fields for 'company_id' 'company_name' 'address' 'zipcode' 'city' and 'phone' in addition to the name and email fields that are already there.

Hope somebody can give a not to complex tutorial on what to add where to make this happen.
