Stylesheets not loading.

I just uploaded the site I am making, using CMSMS, to a web host today. Everything seems to work ok, but when I try to view the site, the stylesheets won't load. Everything loads fine when I when I view the site from the web server on my PC.

I have the stylesheet tag within the head tags.

When I view the source of the site, the code comes out like this:

Which version and when did you download the version, it could be due to number 1 issue at http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... 395.0.html

Sorry, I knew I forgot something...I have version 1.4, and I just tried that fix, and it did nothing.

I noticed this setting in the Global Settings:

Maximum amount of time (seconds) stylesheets can be cached in the browser. It's set to 0. Is there any particular number it needs to be set to?

If you have upgraded, you have a run  install/upgrade.php?
