Here is a real quick question here... If you have 1.4 beta2 how much... or what file changed, so may-be I could just cherry pick them?  thanks

I would just take the new install and transfer them, as several lang-files and dozens of files have changed.....

no mandatory because schema is same and nothing change in config.php
but usefull because clean cache, templates_c and remove SITEDOWN file
