my first (but not last) CMSMS site

Post by -null- »

Been looking around for a CMS so it is a bit easier to change my sites. Eventually decided on CMSMS since it gave me what I needed without going overboard.  And this is the result.

I'm using the current stable version of CMSMS with the Glossary module version 0.6.3 installed to produce the FAQs.

Looks nice.  Did you design the template?

Take care!

No I didn't.  Although I do do a bit of web design I just couldn't get the site looking how I wanted it so I used a template from styleshout.

I am new to CMS MS and would second this request.

I already had the site that used the template so I had the html/css how I wanted it.  So it was only a couple of hours really.

The main complication I found was the menu didn't create the same html as the template styled so it didn't look quite correct.  I'm not sure if this was the right way to do it but I just edited the cssmenu.tpl file and removed an un-necessary div.

I was thinking of creating a theme from that template, just haven't had time so far.

That was the bit I was wondering about! Thanks.
