xml request error 403

When I go to add a picture, I get a XML Request Error. Forbidden (403) error. It happens no matter what I have the settings on, but it worked before I moved to a new server, so I am wondering if it could be an htaccess setting?

So, you will see the error if you go there, but I am sure one of you may be familiar with this?
