[DONE] Custom Template for CMSMS

We need a fairly simple layout imported into CMSMS.

To see what we want, please look at the two PDF files in http://starbits.com/MillersGrant/.

I would like someone to modify one of the existing CMSMS templates (probably the left sidebar and one coulmn) to create the templates shown in the PDF files.  I prefer to have you modify the existing templates rather than do a new one as the existing templates are nicely set up both for accessibility and the search engines.

Note, the design requires a different header picture on each page.  Presume the picture will be named the same as the page name, for example, home.jpg.  There will also have to be three templates: the home page which has two columns split evenly, some subpages are all one column, and some subpages are split with a vertical bar so the right column is smaller.

I do not need you to enter the actual content, just create the three basic templates.
