Module News Flash Scroller

Hi !

I just began with cmsms and i've installed the News Flash Scroller. But i don't know where i can place this :
{cms_module module=nfs (params) }

I tried to place it in the css File but without success.

this is not a css tag, it´s a smarty tag, read the smarty manual.
