[SOLVED] How can I Display ALL the Categories in CompanyDirectory?

Hi, I want to display ALL the categories in CompanyDirectory even if there are no listings in the category.  Something like this:

Category 1
Category 2 (12)
Category 3 (7)
Category 4
Category 5
Category 6 (7)

I tried messing with the Category List Template but was unsuccessful.  The reason behind this is that we want Companies to see the available categories they can post in.
