cache is cleared, but client still getting the old links and not new ones

HI,

I was using pretty URLs before I moved it over to an IIS server. SO, i had to replace all pretty url links with direct links.  However, my client says that he is getting the old pretty url links (site.com/folder).  I have cleared all the caches in the temp folder and it still does nothing for him he says.  I told him to clear his cache, still nothing. It all works fine on my side and across IE and firefox.

Have you changed the pretty URL settings in config.php?

Yes, i have.  On my side i get the correct urls.

It would seem to be either his browser cache, his firewall cache or his ISP's cache.

thats what I was thinking.  It started working on some of his computers and not on others.  Now he said it works on another one, so its probably just that.
