SiteMapMadeSimple isn't working for me

I've installed the SiteMapMadeSimple module but when I go to the page to configure it, I only see the tabs Info, Templates, Default Templates, and Preferences.  There is no content below any of these tabs with which to work. 

It's version 1.2.5 of CMS MS.  And when I installed the CGExtensions I get this message:

Minimum CMSMS Version Required: 1.3
Installed
Has Dependents (SiteMapMadeSimple)

Does this mean the site map module won't work unless I upgrade CMS MS?

You want to upgrade your cmsms, if for no other reason than to secure your site from well-known exploits addressed in the later version.

Okay, I'll do that.  Meanwhile, I ended up creating a sitemap in a different way, so for now, I don't need to have this module working.
