Insert CMSMS page link not work

I have been trying to link a photo to a page in my cmsms but I keep getting an error:

I was able to insert links to pages before with the previous versions but not sure why I am getting this error. Can someone please help me.

Steps taken to do this, ie. hit insert image button, hilite image hit internal link button choose page to link to,,, etc. etc....
