No image Thumbnail in album

Hello all,

I'm adding a album page to an existing cms site but there is 'no thumb' on the page. you can see the page here http://afrikbourse.com/index.php?page=images_afrikbourse

there is also an error in the admin section of the album witch may be responsible of that situation.

Error: Unable to read: /kunden/homepages/.../.../htdocs/images/ceremonie/afrikbourse001.JPG (Dépannage)

Can someone please tell me how to fixed it?

The default path is /htdocs/uploads/images/ceremonie/afrikbourse001.JPG , how did you get to /htdocs/images/ceremonie/afrikbourse001.JPG  thru Album, have you changed something in your config.php or in the album module?...

No, I don't change nothing in the config.php file or in album module. I've just install the module, create the album and start uploading images.

I will compare two config.php files and see if I see any particular change.
